Step 3. Create your subscription form

Now we need to create a subscription form to collect the subscribers email address and other custom field data.

Once you've created your subscription form you can click the "Get HTML" link to get the HTML code for the subscription form you need to place on your website. Copy and paste this HTML code where you would like the subscription box to appear.
